Technical Lead

Description :

Leadership and Team Management:

• Lead a team of full-stack developers (Angular, React and .NET) to deliver high-quality software solutions.
• Provide guidance, mentorship, and support to team members, encouraging skill development and knowledge sharing.
• Manage day-to-day activities, ensuring efficient project delivery and adherence to deadlines.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to define project requirements and align team goals.
• Ensure the team follows coding standards, best practices, and development processes.
• Conduct code reviews to ensure high standards of code quality and maintainability.
• Foster a positive team environment that encourages creativity, innovation, and accountability.

Technical Development:

• Hands-on development: Lead by example with active contributions to both front-end (Angular and React) and back-end (.NET) codebases.
• Architect, design, and develop scalable web applications using Angular and React for the front-end and .NET/.NET Core for the back end.
• Develop RESTful APIs, microservices, and third-party integrations.
• Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Lead efforts to debug and troubleshoot complex technical issues, resolving them in a timely manner.
• Implement DevOps best practices, including CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks.
