Control Tower Coordinator

Role & responsibilities

• Following up of Inbound and Outbound Shipments across the globe
• Track, monitor and update shipments in the Company (AAMRO) portal
• Key Account Management to be taken care with utmost importance
• Ensure process adherence and follow - up with delivery team to provide realistic ETA to Clients and their customers
• Work with the warehouse to process, pick and dispatch orders on time as per clients KPI.
• Work in a fast-paced environment and handle emails and calls to execute the deliveries on time.
• Handle calls from customers or clients and provide them with a solution to their queries.
• Communicate with vendors and customers for smooth operation.
• Keep logs and records of warehouse stock, executed orders, performed physical counts etc.
• Provide support to Office/Admin related activities whenever required.

Qualifications

Any Undergraduate Degree or preferably Logistics

Skills and Competencies

1. Intermediate computer skills in MS Office applications

2. Excellent attention to detail and analytical ability

3. Ability to work under pressure and in different shift timings

4. Ability to maintain good interpersonal relations

5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
