Control Tower Associate

Role Overview:

As a Control Tower Associate, you will be responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and improving supply chain operations in real-time. You will work closely with on-ground operations teams to ensure compliance with key supply chain metrics, proactively identify disruptions, and support decision-making to enhance overall performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and Ensure Compliance: Track and analyze supply chain metrics, ensuring adherence to SLAs and performance benchmarks.
• Root Cause Analysis (RCA): Investigate performance deviations and provide insights to relevant stakeholders for corrective actions.
• Operational Coordination: Work with operations teams to track manpower, fleet availability, and other key factors influencing performance.
• Real-time Issue Resolution: Identify and escalate network disruptions, working proactively to resolve bottlenecks.
• Performance Optimization: Provide actionable insights to improve operational efficiency and overall compliance.
• Stakeholder Communication: Regularly update leadership and operations teams on key performance trends and operational challenges.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Education: Graduate degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• Experience: 1+ years of relevant experience in logistics, supply chain, or operations monitoring.
• Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in Excel and MIS tools; knowledge of data analysis and reporting.
• Industry Knowledge: Basic understanding of logistics, transportation, and business operations.
• Soft Skills: Problem-solving mindset, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
