Job Title: Site Engineer (Finishing-Civil Building Construction)

Key Responsibilities

Project Planning and Coordination: Assist in project planning, scheduling, and

coordination to ensure timely and efficient project execution.

Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to understand project

requirements.

Site Management:

l Responsible for execution of all Finishing works including Masonry, Tiling , Painting, Door frames, and shutter fixing, stone cladding (Dry and Wet), Structural steel (Fabrication and Erection) works, waterproofing, toilet works including plumbing and its fittings-fixtures, etc. including knowledge of interior finishing materials and its quality parameters.

l Oversee day-to-day construction activities and ensure adherence to

design specifications and safety standards.

l Conduct regular site inspections and quality control checks.

Autocad Proficiency:

l Utilize Autocad software for creating and modifying construction

drawings, schematics, and blueprints.

l Collaborate with the design team to incorporate changes and updates into construction

plans.

Quantity Surveying:

l Perform quantity take-offs and assist in cost estimation for materials

and labor.

l Monitor and manage construction costs to ensure they align with the project budget.

Problem Solving:

l Identify and resolve on-site issues and challenges promptly to prevent

delays in construction progress.

l Work closely with the project team to develop solutions for unforeseen obstacles.

l Documentation and Reporting:Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation,

including daily logs, progress reports, and as-built drawings.

l Provide regular updates to project managers and stakeholders on project status and

potential risks.

Requirements:

l • Minimum 10 years of experience for diploma holders and 8 years for bachelor

degree holders in civil engineering or related field.

l • Proficiency in Autocad is essential for creating and editing construction drawings.

l • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and quality standards.

l • Excellent project management and organizational skills.

l • Ability to work collaboratively in a team and communicate effectively with diverse

stakeholders.

l • Familiarity with relevant construction codes and regulations.

l • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

l • Candidate must speak Hindi and English

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: 30,000/month and above for deserving candidates negotiable

Location-Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh
