Marketing Executive

About the Role:
We are looking for a Marketing Executive to support our marketing initiatives through compelling content creation, marketing automation, and campaign execution. The ideal candidate should have strong writing skills, attention to detail, and experience in coordinating creative assets and digital marketing activities

Key Responsibilities:

• Content Creation: Write, edit, and proofread engaging content for blogs, email campaigns, website pages, brochures, and other marketing collaterals.
• Content Operations: Manage and update content across platforms, ensuring consistency and accuracy.
• Email Marketing & CRM: Develop email campaigns, segment customer lists, and track engagement using CRM tools.
• Marketing Automation: Assist in setting up and optimizing automated workflows, drip campaigns, and lead nurturing sequences.
• Creative Coordination: Work with designers, agencies, and internal teams to get creative assets (banners, videos, PDFs) designed and delivered on time.
• Asset Management: Ensure all marketing assets are organized, up-to-date, and ready for deployment across different campaigns.
• Landing Page Execution: Collaborate with designers and developers to get landing pages designed, optimized, and published for campaigns.
• Campaign Execution: Support marketing campaigns by ensuring smooth execution across various channels.
• Brand Communication: Ensure messaging consistency across all customer touchpoints and marketing materials.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with sales, design, and technology teams to align marketing initiatives with business goals.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in marketing, content writing, or a similar role.
• Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
• Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho) and marketing automation tools.
• Experience in coordinating with designers and managing creative assets.
• Basic understanding of landing page design and optimization.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• A proactive approach with a passion for marketing and content-driven engagement.
