Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage admission counselling process from lead generation to enrollment.
  
• Conduct student counseling sessions via phone calls, emails, or in-person meetings.
  
• Provide guidance on course selection, university options, and application procedures.
  
• Collaborate with international education consultants to promote overseas education opportunities.
  
• Develop marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive sales growth.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• Strong communication skills for effective interaction with students and parents.
  
• 2-7 years of experience in field sales, educational sales, educational marketing, student counseling, or education counseling.
  
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting targets.
  
• Proficiency in using technology for lead generation and management (e.g., CRM software).
  
• Bachelor's degree in Education or related field; Master's degree preferred.
