Resident Medical Officer - ICU / Medical Wards

Role & responsibilities

• To effectively interface with patients & attendants and to co-ordinate on all matters relating to provision of Health service.
• To provide need-based assistance in selection of type & nature of medical consumables and equipment to be procured
• To practice evidence-based medicine with awareness regarding patients, proper evaluation and deciding adequate line of treatment as per the direction of concerned consultant
• To Document patient File/ Prescriptions/requisitions (legible/ complete)
• To assist Consultants as per hospital protocols in carrying out procedures
• To generate reports on test / procedures performed (Operation notes and discharge summary)
• To timely coordinate with other specialties
• To be well groomed, punctual & adhere to company policies and practices
• To have complete Awareness about Disaster Management Programme (DMP) of the hospital
• To comply with the service quality Process, environmental & occupational issues & policies of the respective area
• To comply with patient safety policy
• To ensure safe utilization of equipments and proper waste disposal system
• Ensure punctuality and responsibility while discharging duties

Preferred candidate profile

MBBS with 1 years of experience.

Candidates must be comfortable in doing shift duties
