🌟 We're Hiring: Business Manager

📍 Locations: Surat/Junagarh/Gandhinagar

💼 Experience: 10+ years in EdTech with multi-branch management

💰 Compensation: 10 LPA - 14 LPA

Responsibilities:

• Ensure adherence to Sales & Operational process and Compliance.

• Business ownership - Target / Achievement of revenue and non-revenue targets.

• Initiate and innovate marketing strategies to increase sales and reduce costs.

• Lead, motivate, acknowledge, and inspire the team to perform beyond expectations.

• Be informed on relevant markets and coinciding target audiences

• When required traveling to prospective schools across the Region for meeting stake holders and decision makers for the

closing of the sales deals / tie ups.

• Ownership of all Schools & Channel Partner relationships in the assigned region

• Responsible for fulfilling manpower requirement in your territory
