AAJ Enterprises - Business Catalyst (0-2 yrs)

Duties and Responsibility:

1. Sales and Business Development:

- Prospect, identify, and qualify potential clients through various channels such as cold calling, networking, and referrals.

- Present company services and solutions to clients, highlighting value propositions and benefits.

- Understand client needs, challenges, and objectives to provide tailored logistics solutions.

2. CRM Usage & Reporting:

- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline management using CRM software.

- Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to management.

3. Sales presentation & Negotiation:

- Assist in preparing sales proposals and presentations.

- Participate in negotiations and close sales deals.

- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of agreements with clients to ensure profitable business relationships.

Requirements Required Qualifications & Work Ex:

- Full-time MBA graduates (2023,2024, 2025) from IIM Ahmedabad, Bangalore, Kozhikode, and Calcutta with 0-2 years of work experience are only eligible to apply.

Required Skills:
