About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Regional Business Manager to oversee and drive our business operations in Tamil Nadu. The ideal candidate will lead the sales efforts, manage staff, and ensure seamless functioning of the regional office, contributing to the growth and success of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the operations of the new office in Tamil Nadu, ensuring efficient workflows and staff coordination.
• Drive regional sales efforts by building client relationships and expanding the customer base.
• Develop and execute strategies to meet business objectives and revenue goals.
• Lead and mentor the regional team, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
• Identify market opportunities and devise plans to capture new business in the interiors and construction sector.
• Collaborate with senior management to align regional objectives with company goals.
• Track performance metrics and deliver regular updates and reports.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelors/Master’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, or related field preferred)
• 10+ years of experience in business development, sales, or operations, preferably in the Commercial interiors.
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Demonstrated success in achieving and surpassing sales goals.
• Strong knowledge of the Tamil Nadu market and proficiency in Tamil and English.
• Ability to adapt to dynamic environments and work independently.
