We are looking for confident and enthusiastic Business Head - Brand Strategy who has gained significant experience in a senior business development role within either branding, digital or consumer agency environments so youll have a real understanding of branding. Youll have a proven track record of securing new business wins and achieving revenue growth. Youll have be a strategic thinker with the ability to identify and propose relevant opportunities. You should be able to identify targeted clients for both in and outbound leads. Goes without saying but you need have great communication skills to confidently engage with potential clients and build relationships/rapport.
Responsibilities
Provide regular updates to clients on the progress on projects and campaigns that directly affect each client
Develop open and effective channels of communication with each client that can be employed by other departments as well
Coordinate internal projects and determine the best utilisation of resources to increase work productivity
Become the reliable point of contact for each client that is required to establish strong business relations
Ability to identify strategic needs, lead all aspects of planning with sound business recommendations, and generate alignment with key business partners.
Skills
Interest in and aptitude for creative business and marketing solutions.
Experience of brand/marketing/communications strategy in integrated, brand and digital communications.
Highly motivated, with a proven track record of building clients and expansion of client accounts.
Excellent presentation skills that encompass clear, compelling communications.
Track record of experience managing and mentoring with high integrity and the ability to inspire others.
Expert knowledge of all functional agency departments, capabilities and service areas.
Deep understanding of a wide range of industries, markets and brands, and what it takes to stand out and service them.
Flexibility with schedule to meet client commitments, traveling as required to pursue business development.
Ability to self-manage while managing assigned teams and projects.
Portfolio of brand-building projects is a plus
Preferred Qualifications
Degree in Business Management, Marketing, or related field.
3+ years experience in Client Servicing/ Business Development.
