Mechanical Design Engineer

Key Result Area:
Work allocation to team members Ensuring project deliverables, schedule & cost compliance
Preparation of product definitions and specifications.
Responsible for mechanical product design, material selection, CAD design, and Design documents.
Responsible for detailed product drawings and coordination with manufacturing team and vendors for realization of product.
Responsible for project documentation as per AS9100 Quality requirements.
Work closely with testing team to deliver field failure analysis, RCA
Document designs for product support and efficient development of successive product generations.
Interface effectively with sales and customers to ensure implementation success.

Qualification & Experience:
BTech - Mechanical with 4-8 Years' or MTech in CAD/CAM or Machine design with 4-6 years

Skill set:
Technical skill and knowledge of mechanical engineering, including mechanism and thermal engineering.
Strong 3D design background / proficiency Solid works and CREO
Design calculations, Reliability analysis, GD & T
Exposure to testing would be added advantage.
