Sales and Marketing Engineer - Heat Exchangers

Role & responsibilities

• Promote and sell Plate Heat Exchangers to customers in Himachal Pradesh and nearby areas.
• Develop and execute effective marketing strategies to boost sales and market penetration.
• Identify and nurture new business opportunities while maintaining strong relationships with potential and existing customers.
• Provide technical support and guidance on Plate Heat Exchangers, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial terms.
• Represent the company at industry trade shows and events to showcase and promote Plate Heat Exchangers.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
• Collaborate with internal teams for the timely and accurate delivery of products and services.

Maintain detailed and accurate records of all sales activities, customer interactions, and leads.

Preferred candidate profile

• Proven experience in achieving sales targets and cultivating long-term customer relationships.
• Strong technical understanding of Plate Heat Exchangers, including their design, functionality, and applications.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Flexibility to travel extensively to meet customers and attend trade shows or events.
