Responsibilities:

  • Oversee time office operations: attendance, leave & payroll processing.
  • Should have hands on experience in Excel and Tally.
  • Handle ESI and PF for all employees
  • Manage contract labor wages.
  • Ensure compliance with factory acts & bonus schemes.
  • End to end attendance and wages precessing.
  • Spoken Hindi will be an added advantage to interact with North Indian labours .
