Job Title: Civil Legal Associate

Location: Okhla, Delhi

Experience Required: 3 to 5 years

Salary Range: ₹30,000 - ₹35,000 per month

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Civil Legal Associate with 3 to 5 years of experience in handling civil matters. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of civil law, with knowledge of IBC (Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code) being an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle a variety of civil cases including but not limited to contracts, property disputes, and general litigation.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, pleadings, and other legal documents.
• Attend court hearings, prepare legal briefs, and provide advice on civil matters.
• Maintain accurate records of case progress and client interactions.
• Provide legal assistance on insolvency-related matters, if applicable, ensuring compliance with IBC regulations.
• Liaise with clients, colleagues, and external agencies to resolve legal issues.

Skills & Qualifications:

• 3 to 5 years of experience in civil litigation or civil matters.
• Strong knowledge of civil law and the legal process.
• Understanding of IBC is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Law degree from a recognized institution.
