Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive for customer support profile to support customers through chat and phone call. The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator with strong administrative skills, capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining confidentiality and discretion.

Role & Responsibilities:

1. Customer Support:

    • Managing incoming Chat support and customer service inquiries.
    • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
    • Identifying and assessing customer's needs to achieve satisfaction
    • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication on chat
    • Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, expediting correction or adjustment, and following up to ensure resolution.
    • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools
    • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents
    • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.

2. Logistic Support:

    • Managing incoming and outgoing emails from Logistic companies like DHL, FedEx and UPS etc.
    • Should be able make outgoing and incoming calls of Logistic companies about the consignment queries.

3. Task & Deadline Management:

    • Remind the executive of important tasks and deadlines of any work related to consignment and Agents queries to senior management, helping to prioritize and manage workloads effectively.

4. Documentation & Reporting:

    • Type, compile, and prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence as required, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.

5. Database & Filing Management:

    • Maintain and manage databases, filing systems, and records, ensuring easy access and organization of critical documents.

6. Verbal & Written Communication:

    • Exhibit excellent English verbal and written communication skills, ensuring clarity and professionalism in all interactions.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

1. Experience:

    • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Customer Support Executive.

2. Education:

    • Bachelors degree

3. Technical Skills:

    • Proficient in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.

4. Interpersonal Skills:

    • Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive and detail-oriented approach.

5. Flexibility:

    • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Comfortable working night shifts with start times from 7:30 PM with the understanding that the company may adjust the schedule as needed.
