Customer Service Executive

A)Job Responsibilities

I. Communication

• Actively handle calls and follow up on missed calls.
• Establish long-standing and trusting connections by communicating professionally and empathetically with the clients.
• Address to their requirements & concerns and actively address to such by coordinating with different relevant team
• Follow communication protocols, rules, and policies.
• Communicate with customers to inform status of their products, any additional permissions to be sought and any issue that is to be brought to notice.

II. Data entry & CRM

• Creating, maintaining and updating spreadsheet data for review and analysis as well as benchmarking performance.
• Maintain client interaction logs & handle customer accounts through CRM software.
• Maintaining cross departmental communications wherever required and ensure timely resolution is being provided to clients.
• Keeping track of urgent orders and ensure such been done on high priority and be the point of contact throughout the service cycle until dispatched to customer.
• Update pricing after products go through inspection and review stage , also follow-up with clients on due approval for timely commencement of work.

III. Concern addressal and resolutions

• Keeping track of concerns or urgent queries and ensure such been done on high priority.
• Ensure wherever additional approval , permission or re-quotations held , such are duly communicated to customer and approved upon.
• Ensure chats or tickets are not left unattended and are closed with due diligence.

B) Qualifications Requirement

• Bachelors degree or equivalent education
• Good Proficiency in English and Hindi (spoken and written)
• Need to be basic proficiency with Excel for data entry
• Atleast 1-2 Years experience in Customer Service
