- AV hardware / software product knowledge
- High Impact Sales Presentations both virtual and Inter-personal
- Solution Selling Strategies
- Vertical Growth/Development
- Worked with AV hardware OEM s / Distributors / Systems Integrators
- Should have excellent Customer Contacts in all verticals
- Responsible for driving sales revenue in all verticals
- Responsible for building relationships with new existing end customers
- Manage retention of customers and cross sell / upsell
- Identify, Create and follow up of new vertical accounts
- Create Leads and Potentials and work closely with Channel partners for deal closures
- Follow ups of End user- Pre and post sale
- Networking with industry personnel to reach new segments
- Identify national / state budgets and implementing agencies across Ministries
