Sales Manager

1. Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets. Finding new customers and customers visit.

2. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers. Understand customer needs, address concerns, and to ensure customer satisfaction.

3. Market Analysis and Competitive Intelligence: Conduct market research, gather competitive intelligence, and stay informed about industry developments. Use insights to refine sales strategies and gain a competitive edge.

4. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments such as operations, product development/productions, and customer service to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.

Terms & Conditions: -

1. Residence within 15 KM of the factory location or ready to shift near to the factory.

2. Ready to travel at least 15 days in a month.

3. Should have own conveyance.
