Design Engineer (Solid works only)

Role & responsibilities

We are seeking a skilled and highly motivated SolidWorks Design Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing mechanical parts and assemblies using SolidWorks. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in 3D CAD modeling, an eye for detail, and experience with product development cycles.

Preferred candidate profile

• Design and develop mechanical components, assemblies, and systems using Solid Works CAD software.
• Create detailed technical drawings, models,Sheet Metal and assemblies in compliance with industry standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, manufacturing, and quality control, to ensure designs are practical and manufacturer.
• Perform engineering analysis, including tolerance stack-ups, stress analysis, and material selection for designs.
• Conduct design reviews and provide solutions to design challenges.
• Assist in prototyping and testing to validate designs.
• Modify existing designs based on feedback and changing requirements.
• Ensure that designs meet all safety and regulatory requirements.
• Create and maintain technical documentation for projects.
• Stay up to date with the latest SolidWorks software advancements and best practices
