Job Title: Front Desk Executive

Required Female Candidates

Key Responsibilities:

Reception Duties:

• Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees in a professional and courteous manner.
• Answer and route phone calls, take messages, and handle inquiries.
• Manage visitor log and issue visitor badges as required.

Administrative Support:

• Perform clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies.
• Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and conference rooms.
• Prepare and distribute correspondence, reports, and other documents.

Operational Coordination:

• Liaise with various departments to address and resolve any visitor or employee issues.
• Assist with organizing and coordinating company events and meetings.

Health and Safety:

• Ensure the front desk and reception area is well-maintained, clean, and organized.
• Adhere to and promote health and safety standards within the office environment.
