Executive Assistant - System Study and Process Formulation Specialist

Reports to : System Study and Process Formulation Specialist / Project Manager/Operations Manager

Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced System Study and Process Formulation Specialist to conduct a thorough system study and formulate efficient processes for our infrastructure project site operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operations management, process improvement, and infrastructure project management.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Conduct a comprehensive system study to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement in site operations.

2. Formulate and document new or modified processes to improve site operations, including procedures for safety, quality control, and environmental management.

3. Develop standard operating procedures (SOPs), user manuals, and training materials to support new processes.

4. Collaborate with site personnel, stakeholders, and project management team to ensure processes are practical, effective, and aligned with project objectives.

5. Identify and recommend opportunities for process automation and digitalization.

6. Develop a plan to monitor and evaluate process effectiveness and identify areas for further improvement.

Requirements:

Educational Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Business Administration, or related field.

Experience:

- Minimum 5 years of experience in operations management, process improvement, or infrastructure project management.

- Proven track record of conducting system studies and formulating processes that improve efficiency and productivity.

Skills:

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work collaboratively with site personnel, stakeholders, and project management team.

- Proficient in process mapping, workflow analysis, and process improvement methodologies.

- Familiarity with infrastructure project management software and tools.

- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records and documentation.
