Process Documentation / Process Improvement Specialist

1. Process Documentation:
Create clear, detailed process documentation, including workflows, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and process maps.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (operations, marketing, logistics, customer service, etc.) to gather information and understand current processes.
Maintain a centralized repository of all process documents and ensure updates are made as processes evolve.
2. Process Improvement:
Analyze current workflows and identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, or redundancies.
Develop actionable recommendations for streamlining operations, improving productivity, and reducing costs.
Implement best practices for process optimization, leveraging automation and technology where applicable.
3. Data Analysis and Reporting:
Collect and analyze data to measure process performance.
Develop metrics and KPIs to monitor and track improvements over time.
Prepare and present reports to stakeholders highlighting progress and areas for further improvement.
4. Training and Implementation:
Train team members on new processes and ensure adherence to documented procedures.
Provide ongoing support and address challenges during the implementation of process changes.
5. Compliance and Quality Assurance:
Ensure all processes comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
Conduct periodic audits to ensure processes are followed and deliver consistent results.

Strong analytical skills with a focus on process optimization.
Proficiency in process mapping tools (e.g., Lucidchart, Visio) and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau).
Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Amazon Seller Central) and ERP systems.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
