Profile Objective: To manage the Territory Sales Operations of the assigned markets.
1. Face To Face selling in the specified area.
2. Manage Shelf (Quality & Quality).
3. Ensure visibility in each shop.
4. Merchandising Job Monitoring.
Key Responsibilities
1. Managing the Distributors / Super stockiest directly to determine the targets assigned for each RDS.
2. Responsible for achieving the Primary and secondary targets assigned and also seeing the availability of AVT Brands and its SKUs in all outlets.
3. Daily interaction with sales rep, collection of primary orders from RDS, stock verification at SS Points, payment follow up, submitting the DSR in time.
4. To identify new outlets and HTS and increase the customer base.
5. Involved in the development of route plans and visit the market on a daily frequency to do face to face selling to improve the visibility of the products.
6. To work with the RDS/ Salesman and train them on the job for the range selling and visibility.
