Manager - Channel Sales

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Manager Channel Sales to join our growing real estate company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and expanding the company's sales channels, developing relationships with channel partners, and driving sales growth in key markets. The role demands excellent communication skills, leadership abilities, and a deep understanding of the real estate industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Channel Partner Management: Identify, onboard, and manage a network of channel partners including brokers, consultants, and sales agencies to drive business growth.
• Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business targets through channel partners. Ensure alignment of partners with company goals and objectives.
• Sales Forecasting & Reporting: Monitor and report on sales performance, trends, and channel activities. Provide regular sales forecasts and updates to senior management.
• Relationship Building: Build and nurture strong relationships with key channel partners to ensure high levels of engagement and loyalty.
• Training & Support: Provide training, guidance, and support to channel partners, ensuring they have the knowledge and tools required to effectively sell the company's offerings.
• Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, assess competitor activity, and understand customer needs.
• Brand Promotion: Actively promote the company brand and offerings through channel partners, ensuring a consistent brand message.
• Negotiation & Deal Closure: Oversee contract negotiations and help partners in closing sales and achieving revenue targets.
• Compliance & Documentation: Ensure all channel partner agreements, contracts, and activities comply with legal and company guidelines.
