Back Office Admin (Finance & Accounts)*
*Position Overview:*
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Back Office Admin to support our finance and accounts operations. The ideal candidate will have strong proficiency in Excel, experience with invoicing, and a keen ability to manage follow-ups and maintain accurate records.
*Key Responsibilities:*
1. *Invoicing:*
- Prepare, issue, and manage invoices in a timely manner.
- Ensure all invoices are accurate and comply with company policies.
- Follow up on outstanding invoices and resolve discrepancies.
2. *Excel Management:*
- Maintain and update financial data in Excel spreadsheets.
- Create and manage detailed reports, charts, and trackers.
- Analyze and ensure accuracy of data for decision-making.
3. *Finance Support:*
- Assist with basic accounting tasks such as reconciliation and expense tracking.
- Support the finance team in managing accounts payable and receivable.
4. *Administrative Tasks:*
- Handle routine back-office tasks to ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain organized records of invoices, financial documents, and communications.
- Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal teams for follow-ups.
5. *Communication:*
- Liaise with stakeholders to address queries related to invoices and accounts.
- Provide timely updates to management regarding financial activities.
*Key Skills & Qualifications:*
- Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Formulas).
- Experience in invoicing and financial follow-ups.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Good communication skills for interacting with clients and team members.
- Familiarity with basic accounting principles is a plus.
