Responsibilities:
Lead the HR function and work directly with the senior management, on responsibilities like:
- Overseeing the entire spectrum of activities related to the employee life cycle (hire to retire).
- Designing and executing programs to improve employee experience and employee well-being (onboarding, development, engagement, offboarding, wellness etc).
- Aligning HR with broader business objectives & contributing to business planning by identifying HR priorities.
- Designing and executing comprehensive HR processes and policies.
- Designing and implementing effective performance appraisal systems. Tracking performance metrics and linking them to rewards and recognition.
- Leveraging technology and automation to optimize HR operations.
- Addressing queries/grievances promptly and fairly, fostering open communication between leadership and employees to build mutual understanding.
Skills required:
- 12+ yrs of prior experience in working in a similar role, preferably in the internet/tech space.
- Past experience in a start-up or small/mid-size company preferred.
- Expertise and maturity to handle and influence multiple stakeholders on strategies and execute HR plans with minimal supervision.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
