This role is responsible for overseeing and enhancing the organization's talent acquisition, management , and retention processes. This position plays a critical role in driving the company's success by ensuring the right talent is identified, developed, and retained to meet current and future business needs. The incumbent will design and implement talent management strategies that align with the organization's objectives, foster a culture of continuous learning and development, and contribute to the overall success of the company.
Essential Roles and Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition:
1. Develop and execute a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy to attract and retain talent at stores and retail team
2. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, create job descriptions, and conduct effective recruitment processes.
Policy and SOP Formulation:
1. Lead the development and implementation of HR policies, process notes and SOPs, ensuring compliance with legal and Group requirements.
2. Regularly communicate, review and update policies to align with industry best practices and evolving business needs.
HR Automation:
1. Lead the implementation and management of HR automation tools and systems.
2. Identify opportunities to streamline HR processes through technology, improving efficiency and accuracy.
Performance Management Systems (PMS):
1. Design, implement, and manage an effective Performance Management System.
2. Provide guidance to managers and employees on goal-setting, performance feedback, and professional development.
3. Analyze performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Store Productivity Matrix:
1. Develop and maintain productivity matrices for store employees, analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) to enhance efficiency.
2. Collaborate with store managers & regional HRs to identify and implement strategies for improving productivity and employee performance.
Talent Management:
1. Implement talent management programs to identify, develop, and retain high-potential employees.
2. Facilitate succession planning and career development initiatives to build a robust talent pipeline.
HR Analytics:
1. Ensure proper data management through accurate & timely maintenance/updation of the data and systems.
2. Employee Lifecycle management and HR process management.
3. Utilize HR analytics to measure the effectiveness of HR initiatives and talent management programs.
4. Provide data-driven insights to leadership for decision-making.
