IT Architect - Application Architecture (15-17 yrs)

Urgent Requirement for a a Belgian Product based company.

Position : IT Architect.

Location : Coimbatore/Hyderabad.

Experience : 15+ Years.

Timings : 10 am to 7.30 pm.

2 days WFO and 3 days WFH.

Responsibilities :

As an experienced IT architect, you will help lay the foundations of the IT architecture of the CG Service Center application landscape and domain landscape.

A dynamic, growing organisation, where you stand at the cradle of important digital developments.

The IT architecture team builds the application landscape, aligned with the Enterprise IT architecture and the reference architecture.

Very- concretely you contribute 50 % of the time to the entire IT side of Retail Partners, the B2B branch within the company.

Responsibilities :

- Responsible for making elaborate solution (application) architectures, designing complex. mission critical applications.

- Understand strategic objectives, company's IT reference architecture, IT Ecosystem and. propose relevant feasible IT solutions.

- Communicate architecture to business, project managers, solution analysts, software engineers.

- Ensure application architecture is proposed and approved by Technology Review Board.

- Collaborate with Program/Project Managers to advise estimations, identify dependencies and. create an implementable work packages, project plan.

- Do architecture impact analysis, technology assessments and propose solutions to ensure quality deliverables.

- Define, implement and guard application architecture blue print.

- Advise business to make right technology choices.

- Propose cost effective solutions without comprising functional and non-functional requirements.

- Developing secured application, packaged solutions on cloud.

Profile :

- 15+ years' experience in IT industry and 3+ years in- Application Solution Architecture space.

- Excellent knowledge of IT systems, Security, Data and infrastructure.

- Experience in defining, steering and governing IT roadmaps in line with reference architecture.

- Experience in assessing architectural choices and propose fit for purpose solutions.

- Cost benefit analysis, SWOT Analysis.

- Excellent Analytical, conceptual thinking, out of box thinking skills.

- Experience in breaking down complex problems and propose simplified solutions.

- Experience in architecting secured solutions, understanding and managing vulnerabilities, OAuth, ISAM, Open ID.

- A strong strategic and business mindset, outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to balance the long-term ("big picture") and short-term implications of architectural decisions.

- Ability to navigate complex IT and business organizational structure to accomplish goals and gain buy-in.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, presenting briefings to senior management, business stakeholders.

- Experience in architecting J2EE/Integrations/ERP(Pacjkages)/Custom Development applications is advantage.

- Certification, Experience in TOGAF or any relevant architecture methodology is plus.

- Knowledge of Archimate or Similar UML based tool & Mega is a plus.

- Good understanding of Cloud technologies is an advantage.

- Working with European organizations, especially in retail space is an advantage.

- Should be open for onsite travel (Belgium) for short visits which is need based.
