Back Office Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct video-based KYC verification for customers in a professional and friendly manner.
• Verify customer identification documents
• Verify the authenticity of documents by utilizing various tools and systems.
• Ensure all KYC procedures comply with local regulations, policies, and internal guidelines.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Hiring Graduates and under Graduates (Ratio should be 60% - 40%)
• Preferred previous experience in customer service, video calls, or KYC-related roles is a plus.
• Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive information.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
