Sales Coordinator

Role & responsibilities

1. Coordination Between Sales and Production Teams:
• Act as a vital communication link between the Sales and Production teams to ensure smooth and timely execution of orders.
• Facilitate the alignment of production schedules with sales priorities and client demands.

Management Reporting:

• Prepare and present management reports as required, providing insights into sales performance, order status, and other critical metrics.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records for analysis and decision-making.

Client Order Management:

• Handle repeat orders from existing clients, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
• Build strong relationships with clients by addressing their needs and queries efficiently.

Internal Order Processing:

• Generate internal Sales Orders (SOs), sample requests, and stock requests based on client requirements.
• Coordinate with relevant teams to ensure the timely processing of these requests.
