Motion Graphics Artist

Job Summary

Were seeking creative and technically skilled Motion Graphics Artists to create dynamic visuals for a variety of projects. From concept to final execution, youll bring ideas to life using your expertise in animation, design, and storytelling. Depending on your level of experience, you will take on tasks ranging from basic animations to leading complex projects and mentoring junior team members.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Motion Design and Animation:

• Create visually appealing motion graphics for advertisements, social media, explainer videos, Events, and more.
• Animate text, logos, and other visual elements to enhance storytelling.

2. Collaboration:

• Work with designers, art directors, and video editors to deliver cohesive and polished outputs.
• Understand project briefs and adapt designs based on feedback.

3. Software and Tools Usage:

• Use industry-standard software like Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Illustrator for design and animation.
• Stay updated with new tools and trends in motion graphics and design.

Additional Responsibilities:

1. Project Ownership:

• Lead projects from concept development to final delivery.
• Develop storyboards, style frames, and animation concepts for approval.

2. Advanced Animation and Effects:

• Design advanced animations, particle effects, and complex transitions.
• Integrate 3D motion graphics using software like Cinema 4D, Blender, or similar.

3. Mentorship and Guidance:

• Guide and mentor junior team members, offering constructive feedback and technical support.

Share expertise and best practices with the team to improve overall quality

Qualifications and Skills:

• Essential Skills:
• Strong proficiency in Adobe After Effects and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro).
• Basic knowledge of typography, color theory, and visual composition.
• Understanding of animation principles and storytelling.
• Soft Skills:
• Creative mindset with attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• 5+ years of experience in motion graphics, animation, or visual design.
• A strong portfolio showcasing leadership on complex and high-quality projects.
• Expertise in 3D motion graphics and visual effects is preferred.
• Experience with scripting (e.g., expressions in After Effects) is a plus.
