Collection and Billing Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the billing & Collection process for multiple real estate projects.
• Prepare and submit accurate invoices in compliance with contract terms.
• Collaborate with Client relationship Manager and Developers to ensure billing is done on timely basis.
• Weekly review calls with Stakeholders (Sales & CRM).
• Monthly reconciliation of billed invoices with developer.
• Maintained strong relationships with clients, leveraging these connections to enhance customer loyalty and maximize business opportunities.
• Engaged in one-on-one meetings with clients to understand their concerns, ensuring that all grievances were resolved within the stipulated timeline
