Job Description

We are looking for a motivated HR Intern Recruitment to assist in the end-to-end hiring process. This role will provide hands-on experience in talent acquisition, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and supporting onboarding activities. It’s a great opportunity to gain practical exposure to recruitment in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Sourcing & Screening:

  • Assist in sourcing potential candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other channels.
  • Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
  • Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate suitability.

Interview Coordination & Support:

  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
  • Maintain candidate databases and track hiring progress.
  • Communicate with candidates regarding interview schedules and feedback.

Onboarding & Documentation:

  • Assist in the onboarding process, including document verification and orientation.
  • Ensure a smooth transition for new hires by guiding them through HR policies.
  • Maintain accurate records of new hires and recruitment data.

Recruitment Strategy & Process Improvement:

  • Research industry hiring trends and suggest improvements in recruitment strategies.
  • Assist in employer branding initiatives such as career fairs and job postings.
  • Support diversity and inclusion efforts in hiring.

Requirements:

✔️ Education: Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's/Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
✔️ Skills & Qualities:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic understanding of recruitment processes and hiring trends.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.

Preferred Qualifications:

⭐ Prior experience or internship in recruitment is a plus.
⭐ Familiarity with ATS (Applicant Tracking System) tools.
⭐ Knowledge of job boards (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.).
