Roles & Responsibilities:
Prime responsibilities are: Microlevel lead tracking of all the team members and daily working of all the team members.
1- Execute & Track all Planning, Policies & Process, monitor day to day operational processes, identify improvement areas and implement adequate measures to maximize efficiency of business operations.
2- Do weekly meetings /training with tele sales on every Thursday.
3- Micro level Tracking of Assigned Manpower Attendance, Activities, Leads, Visits, Revisits & Bookings and also checking total visits with project head or builder person.
4- Daily: Check Previous Day's New Leads Feedback Updation & Weekly Pipeline (Hot & Good Leads) Feedback updation in the CRM
5- a)Daily: Execute & Track SMS Campaign & Planned Lead Generation Activities.
b) Daily: Accordingly update & Send all Trackers. Maintain all assigned Trackers & Reports.
c) Daily MTD performance report
d) Daily DSR (Sales)
e) Daily Activity report (Tele-sales and Sales Executive)
f) Daily Inhouse Lead quality drive
g) Weekly Booking Tracker on every Wednesday
h) Sales Projection every Monday and Friday evening
i) Weekly Lead quality of inhouse leads-drive update on every Saturday
j) Weekly Lead of other sources-quality drive update on every Sunday
k) Every Monday and Friday: Accordingly Review and update all individuals CRM-Leads Status & Pipeline. Accordingly Provide your Report to the Head every Monday and Friday. Also do proper analysis of all reports and leads and take appropriate action.
6- Every Monday: Update Project Details, Price List, Presentation, Single Pager/ Creatives/ Scheme & Project. Message/Whatsapp Messages. Accordingly update IT Team, Portals, SCs, Sales Team and Connect 360.
7- Check Creatives & Contents of all Projects of IT Team & Portals with the help of respective Project Leaders. Also float new creatives released by IT team in builders group and your respective group. Check Daily Leads Quantity/Quality/Flow/... as per Lead Plan & Accordingly update the status on Every week. (Wednesday)
8- Provide all required coordination & support to the assigned Sales Team & Tele-sales: Coordination with PSA.
9- Prepare the booking tracker and booking form, revenue sheet and also add source of lead. If any booking got cancelled PC will unmature that lead in the CRM and assigned to any sales person if he is interested in some other project.
10- First time booking of any associate, registration form along with KYC is required to submit along with booking form.
11- Visit the site surprisingly to know the working environment, and take an update from the RM of the builder regarding our company working.
12- Give basic training and proper CRM training to the new joiners, and send their weekly working progress report to the Hr along with management. (Initially 15 days)
