Job Description
About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Business Development Specialist with expertise in US Staffing to join our team in Noida. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and generating revenue in the US staffing market. This role requires working in the US EST shift to align with client needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Acquisition : Identify, target, and acquire new business opportunities with clients in the US market who require staffing solutions.
- Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients by understanding their staffing needs and offering tailored solutions.
- Sales Strategy : Develop and execute strategic business development plans to drive revenue growth in the US staffing industry.
- Market Research : Conduct in-depth research on market trends, competitor activities, and potential business opportunities in the US staffing market.
- Lead Generation : Generate leads through networking, cold calling, and other business development channels to increase sales pipelines.
- Proposal Development & Contacting : Prepare and present staffing proposals, pricing models, and service agreements to clients, negotiating terms and Contacts (closing deals).
- Collaboration with Recruitment Team : Work closely with recruitment team to ensure client staffing needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.
- Revenue Targets : Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly business development and revenue targets.
Key Requirements:
- Experience : 5-8 years of proven experience in business development, specifically in the US staffing industry.
- Sales Expertise : Strong understanding of the US staffing industry, with a focus on selling staffing solutions (temporary, permanent, contract staffing).
- Client Relations : Demonstrated ability to establish and nurture client relationships, with excellent negotiation and influencing skills.
- US Market Knowledge : In-depth understanding of the US staffing market, compliance regulations, and trends.
- Communication : Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage clients and stakeholders effectively.
- Target Driven : Strong business acumen and a results-oriented approach with the ability to meet sales targets.
- Flexibility : Willingness to work during US EST shift (Night shift) to align with US client timings.
- Education : Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with CRM tools and sales tracking systems.
- Prior experience in business development within the staffing/recruitment industry.
- Strong networking skills with established connections in the US staffing market.
- Knowledge of contract staffing & RPO
