Job Description

We are seeking a results-driven US IT Staffing Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess strong experience in sales and business development within the US IT staffing industry. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets by delivering high-quality IT staffing solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development & Lead Generation:
  • Identify and develop new client accounts for IT staffing services in the US market.
  • Generate leads through networking, cold calling, and leveraging business connections.
  • Develop strategies to target new clients and penetrate key markets.
Client Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Understand client IT staffing needs and provide customized solutions.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for client communications, negotiations, and problem resolution.
Sales Strategy & Execution:
  • Achieve sales targets and revenue goals on a consistent basis.
  • Develop and implement strategies to cross-sell and upsell IT staffing services.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals tailored to client needs.
Collaboration & Coordination:
  • Work closely with recruitment teams to fulfill client requirements and ensure timely delivery of staffing solutions.
  • Provide feedback to recruiting teams on client requirements, market trends, and skill set demands.
Market Research & Analysis:
  • Stay updated on US IT staffing industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies.
  • Monitor market conditions to identify potential growth opportunities.

 

Qualifications:
Experience:
  • Minimum 2-5 years of experience in US IT Staffing Sales or Business Development.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Skills:
  • Strong understanding of IT technologies, domains, and market demands.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
Education:
  • Bachelor s degree in Business, IT, or a related field is preferred.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience working with direct clients, MSPs (Managed Service Providers), and VMS (Vendor Management Systems).
  • Familiarity with recruitment tools, ATS, and CRM systems.
  • Knowledge of visa and immigration processes (H1B, OPT, EAD, etc.).
