Overview:
Seeking for Finance Roles with experience in Auto Ancillary/Manufacturing Industry and is responsible for overseeing all financial activities within a company, ensuring that financial operations are efficient, effective, and in compliance with relevant regulations. This role involves working closely with various stakeholders to provide financial insights and support decision-making processes. The Business Finance Controller plays a crucial role in driving the financial health and performance of the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Financial Planning and Variance Analysis: Develop and manage the company's financial planning processes, including budgeting, costing, forecasting, and financial analysis. Provide insights to support strategic decision-making.
2. Financial Reporting: Prepare timely and accurate financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
3. Budget Management: Develop and monitor budgets, track variances, and provide recommendations for cost management and efficiency improvements.
4. Cash Flow Management: Manage cash flow, working capital, and liquidity to support operational needs and financial stability.
5. Risk Management: Identify and assess financial risks, develop risk mitigation strategies, and ensure compliance with internal controls and policies.
6. Stakeholder Communication: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including senior management, investors, auditors, and regulatory bodies, to provide financial insights and support decision-making.
7. Strategic Planning: Participate in strategic planning processes, providing financial expertise and analysis to support the development and execution of business strategies.
8. Team Leadership: Manage and develop a team of finance professionals, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure the team's effectiveness and professional growth.
- Maintain books of accounts for the division and ensure compliance
- Performance MIS, Variance Analysis etc. for the division on Monthly & Quarterly basis
- Coordination with Plants and other functions
- Costing, pricing and evaluation of Business case
- Managing Accounts Receivable & Accounts Payable (Working Capital Management)
- AOP, SBP - coordination for preparation and completion
- Statutory and internal audit coordination
- Preparation for board and audit committee meetings
- Ensure compliances - TDS, GST, PF, ESI etc
Qualification: CA qualified
Candidate should know Tamil and should have excellent communication.
Should have worked with Automobile/Auto components / Auto Ancillary Companies.
