Job Description
- Handling chat support for international customers in different time zones.
- Responding to multiple chats positively and professionally.
- Handling customer queries/complaints and requests and giving resolution over chat
- Working in rotational shifts including night shifts.
- Demonstrating excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Applying customer service principles and practices to deliver exceptional support.
- Work Location: Gurgaon
- Employment Type: Contract (12 months) with the possibility of on-boarding on client payroll based on exceptional performance and business needs.
- Salary: CTC 40000 per month plus other benefits (depending on last CTC and experience).
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Any Graduates with a minimum of 6 months and above experience in customer support role can apply
- Ability to work in different time zones and handle multiple chats.
- Flexibility to work in rotational and night shifts, work from office
- 6 months to 5 years of experience in customer support, technical support, BPO, chat process, international voice process, inbound, KPO, outbound process, US process, UK process, Australian process, etc.
- Immediate joiners only.
- 5 days working and 2 rotational off.
