As an Accounts Receivable Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate and up-to-date accounting records of debtors, as well as assisting the Group Credit Controller in timely debt collection. Your proactive approach in contacting customers for overdue payments and outstanding invoices will be crucial in resolving billing discrepancies and disputes. Collaborating with the finance team and utilizing your advanced MS Excel skills, you will ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial records. If you have a Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance, proven experience in accounts receivable or a related role, and a sound knowledge of financial and accounting procedures, we would like to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Proactively contacting customers to follow up on overdue payments and outstanding invoices.
• Resolving billing discrepancies and disputes in a professional and efficient manner.
• Recording and updating customer information, payment details, and communication in the accounting system.
• Collaborating with the finance team to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records.
• Preparing and sending reminder notices, statements, and invoices to customers.
• Assisting with general accounts receivable duties as required.

Education/Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance
• Proven experience of at least two years as an Accounts Receivable or related role
• Sound knowledge of financial and accounting procedures
• Experience in using financial software
• Knowledge of financial and tax regulations

Salary Range: Rs 45,000 to Rs 65,000

3 years Contract, if performance good  renewed for another 3 years. In-case contract is renewed, then wages will be increased for a period of another 3 years. Will be given 1 Round Trip Air Fare (India-Fiji-India) free of cost every 3 years. Will get free accommodation in Fiji & free travel to work while fooding cost will be borne by the candidate which is approx. Rs 5,000 per month. Annual Leaves: Sick Leave will be 10 days, Annual Leave will be 10 days per year along with Gazetted Holidays listed by the Govt of Fiji.
