Join our team and make a significant impact on the recruitment landscape of a Leading Global IT MNC. As an RPO Delivery Lead, you will play a pivotal role in driving recruitment excellence and ensuring seamless delivery of top-tier talent. You will collaborate closely with our client to understand their evolving business needs and develop innovative recruitment strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Sourcing:

Drive end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.

Leverage innovative sourcing strategies to identify and attract top talent.

Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates.

Skill Calibration:

Collaborate with client to understand their specific skill requirements and calibration standards.

Develop and implement effective skill calibration processes to ensure accurate assessment of candidate abilities.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and emerging technologies to accurately assess candidate skills.

Client Relationship & Account Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.

Proactively communicate project updates, performance metrics, and insights.

Address client concerns and issues in a timely and effective manner.

Delivery Excellence:

                                                  Ensure timely delivery of recruitment requisitions, meeting SLAs and KPIs.                                Continuously improve recruitment processes and metrics to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.                                                     Leverage recruitment tools and technologies to streamline operations.

• Proven experience in IT recruitment and sourcing, with a strong understanding of technical roles.
• In-depth knowledge of skill calibration processes and methodologies.
• Proficiency in recruitment tools & technologies.
