Job Description:
Machine Operator Responsibilities:
- Operate and oversee production machinery in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Adjust machine configurations to ensure optimal performance and high-quality output.
- Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshoot machinery as needed.
Production Process Duties:
- Load raw materials into machines and remove finished products.
- Adhere to production schedules and achieve daily targets.
- Inspect products to verify compliance with quality standards.
Quality Control Tasks:
- Conduct regular quality checks during production.
- Report any product defects or inconsistencies.
- Ensure adherence to the company's quality standards.
Safety and Compliance Responsibilities:
- Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures.
- Utilize Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as necessary.
- Promptly report safety hazards or incidents to supervisors.
Shifts:
- 7 AM to 3 PM
- 3 PM to 11 PM
- 11 PM to 7 AM
Workweek: 6 days/week with 1 rolling day off
Shift Allowance: 30 per night shift (up to 15 shifts/month)
Note: Pan India Candidates can apply except UP & Bihar
Interviews: Conducted online
Medical Test: Mandatory post-selection
Requirements Requirements:
- Qualification: ITI/Diploma (Graduated in 2020 or later)
- Age: 18-25 years
- Gender: Open to all
- Health Requirements: Candidates should not have undergone any surgery in the past. Blood and sugar levels should be within normal range.
- Experience: Freshers are welcome to apply
- Documents Required:
- Resume
- 10th and 12th mark sheets
- ITI/Diploma mark sheets and certificates
- Provisional and Transfer certificates
- Aadhar Card, PAN Card
- Bank account details (can be opened at the plant if needed)
- 5 Passport-size photos
- 17,000 per month for Diploma holders
- 16,000 per month for ITI holders
