Job Description
- Providing chat support for international customers across different time zones.
- Handling multiple chats in a positive and professional manner.
- Addressing customer queries, complaints, and requests, and providing resolutions via chat.
- Working in rotational shifts, including night shifts.
- Demonstrating exceptional English communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Applying customer service principles and practices to deliver outstanding support.
- Work Location: Gurgaon
- Employment Type: Contract (12 months) with the potential for on-boarding to client payroll based on exceptional performance and business needs.
- Salary: Up to 40,000 per month plus additional benefits (dependent on last CTC and experience).
- Exceptional English communication skills.
- Any Graduates with a minimum of 6 months or more experience in a customer support role are encouraged to apply.
- Ability to work in different time zones and manage multiple chats.
- Flexibility to work in rotational and night shifts, and from the office.
- 6 months to 5 years of experience in customer support, technical support, BPO, chat process, international voice process, inbound, KPO, outbound process, US process, UK process, Australian process, etc.
- Immediate joiners only.
- 5 days working with 2 rotational offs.
