- Working on Continuous, Intermittent, Workers Compensation, Military, FMLA, Non-Medical leaves, Employment status, Job Description, ADA claim etc.
- Working on leave of Absence, return from leave with or without restrictions.
- Providing confirmation of hours/earnings and Eligibility of FMLA (Family Medical Leave Act).
- Completing State Leave forms as well as responding to inquired from for vendor in the USA and Canada.
- Working on Employer Statements and follow up inquiries from for STD/LTD vendor.
- Disability Claims STD, LTD, Basic life insurance, and Optional life insurance including commissions/ Mileages.
- Working on ADA American Disability Act packets for Disability claims.
- Calculating Deduction in Arrears and Billing Letters those are on Leave of absence.
