Excellent opportunity for Sales Executive or Sr. Sales Executive, Pune 
About client - Our client  Smart is a smart service backed by superior engineering of Livpure products and cutting edge technology.  
Must Have -
  • Minimum 3years of working experience in Sales/channel sales in Kitchen tools.
  • Base location - Pune Area- Pune & PCMC
Channel Sales Leadership: Develop and execute channel sales strategies tailored to the
Consumer Durables market to achieve sales targets, including both primary and secondary sales.
Lead the team in establishing and maintaining strong relationships with distributors and dealers.
Distribution Management: Manage the distribution network efficiently, ensuring proper stock
levels, timely deliveries, and effective inventory management for Chimneys, Fans, and other
Home Appliances. Identify opportunities for optimizing distribution processes and enhancing
overall operational efficiency.
New Channel Creation: Identify and explore opportunities to expand the distribution network in
the Consumer Durables sector by creating new channels and partnerships. Develop and
implement strategies to penetrate untapped markets and segments.
New Product Launch: Oversee the successful launch of new Home Appliances and Electrical
Products into the market. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop product launch
plans, marketing campaigns, and promotional activities to drive product adoption and sales.
Product Marketing: Work closely with the marketing team to develop and implement product
marketing initiatives specific to Chimneys, Fans, and other electrical appliances. This includes
advertising, promotions, events, and branding activities. Ensure consistent messaging and
branding across all channels.
Team Management: Lead, motivate, and develop the sales team focused on Consumer Durables.
Set clear performance expectations, provide regular feedback, and conduct performance
evaluations. Foster a collaborative and high-performance team culture.
Revenue Management: Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics within the Consumer
Durables sector, identifying trends and implementing corrective actions to ensure revenue
targets are met. Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue growth and market
share for Chimneys, Fans, and related products.
Field Operations: Lead by example by regularly visiting distributors and dealers in the Consumer
Durables sector. Provide on-ground support, address challenges, and identify growth
opportunities. Ensure the team is aligned with company goals and objectives.
Relationship Building: Build and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders within the
Consumer Durables industry, including distributors, dealers, and internal teams. Collaborate
closely with cross-functional teams such as marketing, supply chain, and finance to drive overall
business success.
Market Insights: Stay up-to-date with industry trends in Consumer Durables, the competitive
landscape, and customer preferences for Chimneys, Fans, and related products. Use market
insights to develop and adjust sales strategies for maximum impact.
Qualifications and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in any stream, or related field. MBA is a plus.
12 to 16 years of progressive experience in channel sales, distribution management, and team
leadership within the Consumer Durables, Home Appliances, Electrical Industries, specifically
Chimneys and Fans, in the Telangana Market.
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in the Consumer Durables sector
and driving revenue growth.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Strategic thinker with the ability to translate strategies into actionable plans.
Proficient in using sales and data analysis tools.
Ability to travel frequently within the assigned territory.
