Job Description
SUMMARY
Adjustments returns & Estate care
We are looking for someone from international banking domain who can performs a variety of operational
tasks for a moderately complex to complex process. Team members take accountability for entire process
from receipt of work to resolution and closure. Duties include: receiving and reviewing incoming work,
contacting appropriate external and internal resources as needed; resolving complex internal store customer
issues using multiple resources and records and reports; preparing, editing and distributing specialized and/or
complex documents. Team members will work under general supervision following established procedures
exercising some judgment within guidelines.
Able to multi-task to accomplish tasks effectively.
Able to interpret the documents or the requests received
Strong verbal & written communication skills
Analytic skill
Attention to detail
Excellent data entry skills
Good Math, reconciliation and accounts skills
Ability to work quickly & accurately while maintaining acceptable standards of
workmanship
Quick learner with the ability to retain high volume of information
Ability to recognize and escalate any discrepancies identified or noticed while processing.
Payment Investigations
Experience in payment processing. Knowledge in any of the following: International Funds
Transfer, SWIFT (MT103, 202, 202cov), ISO MX messages, Federal Reserve Wire Transfer
Payments, Foreign Exchange Payments a must
Knowledge on Message types SWIFT, FED WIRE, CHIPS, Telex and IntelliTRACS system an
advantage
Requirement :-
Perform moderately complex operations duties in support of either a service centre or
department environment
Require considerable knowledge of company personnel policies and practices
Collect data and prepare related operational reports
Prepare input forms for automated data processing system
Utilize the company's internal operations to perform duties
Coordinate projects
Furnish information to authorized persons
Provide guidance to all levels of employees regarding personnel policies and procedures
requiring some policy interpretation
Job Expectations:
Strong Knowledge of Payment Investigations, various case types (Return of Funds, UTA, BCNR,
Debit Authority, Amendment & cancellations, OFAC cases etc).
Strong Knowledge of SWIFT messages (MT103, 202, 202cov), Fed Messages. Knowledge on
Pega would be an added advantage.
