Job Description
SUMMARY
Requirements Qualification : ITI/Diploma (Passing out year: 2020 onwards)
Age : 18-25 years
Gender : Male & Female
Health Requirements : Candidates should not have had any surgery in the past. Blood and sugar levels should be normal.

Machine Operator :
- Operate and monitor production machinery according to SOPs.
- Adjust machine settings for optimal performance and quality output.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on machinery.
Production Processes :
- Load raw materials into machines and remove finished products.
- Follow production schedules and meet daily targets.
- Inspect products to ensure they meet quality standards.
Quality Control :
- Perform regular quality checks during production.
- Report defects or inconsistencies in products.
- Ensure compliance with the company's quality standards.
Safety and Compliance :
- Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures.
- Use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as required.
- Immediately report safety hazards or incidents to supervisors.
- Shifts :
- 7 AM to 3 PM
- 3 PM to 11 PM
- 11 PM to 7 AM
- Workweek : 6 days/week with 1 rolling day off
- Shift Allowance : 30 per night shift (up to 15 shifts/month)
NOTE - Pan India Candidates can apply except UP & Bihar
Selection Process :
- Interviews : Online
- Medical Test : Mandatory post-selection
Documents Required :
- Resume
- 10th and 12th mark sheets
- ITI/Diploma mark sheets and certificates
- Provisional and Transfer certificates
- Aadhar Card, PAN Card
- Bank account details (can be opened at the plant if needed)
- 5 Passport-size photos
- 17,000 per month for Diploma holders
- 16,000 per month for ITI holders
- Two meals per day provided at the plant (Vegetarian)
- 500 deducted monthly from the stipend for food and transportation
- Eggs served 3 times a week
- 3 - month accommodation for male trainees in hostels (3-4 people per room)
- Distance from factory: 3-10 minutes depending on hostel location
- Room facilities include beds and fans
- 5,000 every 6 months for the first 2 years
- 10,000 every 6 months in the 3rd year
- 1 lakh coverage for medical insurance
- 5 lakhs for Group Personal Accident Policy
- Uniform and safety shoes provided free of cost
- Birthday chocolates and festival sweets/gifts
- 6 - year training period
