Job Description

SUMMARY
Greetings,
Excellent opportunity for Credit Note- Accounts Executive @Dwarka(Delhi).
About Client - Our client is a class- leading provider of Innovative, Digital, and Portable Solutions that help our customers transform their Productivity, Entertainment, and Wellness levels.
Must Have -
Minimum 0.6month of exp in issuing credit note.
Comfortable with Dwarka(Delhi) location.
Only Male candidates will apply.

Position : Credit Note- Accounts Executive
Experience : 0.6month to 6 years 
Job Responsibilities  
  • Prepare and process   credit notes   for customer returns, pricing discrepancies, or other adjustments in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Reconcile customer accounts and resolve any discrepancies related to credit note issuance.
  • Ensure proper documentation for each credit note and maintain clear records for audit and reference purposes.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (sales, warehouse, finance) to ensure proper adjustments and approvals are made.
  • Monitor and track the volume of credit notes processed, ensuring all are recorded accurately.
  • Assist in month-end closing processes related to credit note accounting.
  • Support in generating regular reports related to credit notes and customer account adjustments.
Requirements
Location: Dwarka , Delhi   
Qualification: At least B.Com / relevant qualifications  in Finance 
Remuneration :  As per industry Standards  
Working : 6 days a week with 2nd Saturday off  
Should be having excellent communication skills (English and Hindi)
with hands on experience in Excel.
Male candidates preferred.
