Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Assistant Sales Manager to join our sales team for the high end project. The ideal candidate will have experience in high-end real estate sales, a proven track record of dealing with high-net-worth individuals, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain relationships with high-net-worth clients and ensure a personalized sales experience.
Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and competitive positioning.
Prepare and present sales presentations, property tours, and promotional events to prospective buyers.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective marketing campaigns and materials.
Maintain accurate sales records and provide regular reports on sales performance and market trends.
Respond promptly to client inquiries and provide detailed information about properties and amenities.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in high-end real estate sales, preferably with a developer house.
Proven experience handling high-net-worth individuals and closing complex sales.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Highly presentable with excellent customer service skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
