Our client is a leading global provider of Business and Knowledge Process Outsourcing services in the US health care domain.
Job Role : Customer Support Voice Process
Job Location : Kolkata (Candidate should reside in Kolkata)
Job Role and Responsibility:
- Communicating & Solving the Customer queries / requests /complaints.
- 5 days working (rotational 2 days week off)
- Shift : Night rotational shifts (US process)
Qualification: Any Undergraduate/ Graduate/ Post Graduate / Fresher / Experienced can Apply
- Willingness to work in voice process.
- Must have good English speaking and narration skills.
- Comfortable to work in night shifts.
- Candidates should have PC / Laptop with active internet connection at their home.
